Broward County Transit (BCT) bus passes can be ordered online by making an electronic payment.

Transit riders can order only 10-Ride, 7-Day, 31-Day Adult, 10-Ride Premium, and 31-Day Premium bus passes. Reduced fare bus passes (Youth/Senior/Disabled/Medicare/College Student) must be purchased in person at the main terminal or authorized vendor locations, as valid identification is required for age, student status, and/or disability verification.

Authorized bus pass vendors are able to purchase all bus passes online, with the exception of the All-Day bus pass, which can only be purchased onboard the bus.

When an online purchase is made, the purchaser will be sent an email confirming the order. Standard shipping via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is free. Authorized bus pass vendors have the option of having bus passes shipped free by USPS or by secure delivery for a graduated rate.

Online orders are usually processed within three business days. For orders shipped within the U.S., please allow 7–10 business days to receive your bus pass.

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week; however, orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, weekends, or holidays will be considered received the following business day and will usually be processed within three business days.

Online transaction information is processed using a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate. This protection makes it extremely difficult—if not impossible—for anyone to intercept personal or credit card information.

All online bus pass purchases are final; bus passes cannot be exchanged or refunded. BCT does not assume responsibility or liability for bus passes that are lost during shipping. Under Florida law, email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public records request, please do not register to purchase bus passes online.

If you have questions regarding your online order or did not receive your bus pass, please call 954-357-7710 or send an email to BusPassSales@broward.org. Customers who proceed to the BCT Bus Pass Shopping Cart purchase page acknowledge and accept the above terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions of Use contain legal obligations. Please read them carefully.

Broward County owns and maintains a Wi-Fi communications network and, in some instances, a wired communications network (collectively, the "Broward County Network") and makes it available for use by the public. The following Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all users of the Broward County Network:

  1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use. By using the Broward County Network, you acknowledge that you accept, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by, and comply with, these Terms and Conditions of Use and any other posted guidelines or rules, as may be amended from time to time. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions of Use, you are not authorized and shall not use the Broward County Network. Please take the time to read these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully.

These Terms and Conditions of Use may be amended by Broward County, in its sole discretion, by posting such changes herein. Use of the Broward County Network by you after a change to these Terms and Conditions of Use has been so posted shall constitute acceptance by you of such changed terms. If you do not wish to accept such Terms and Conditions of Use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to refrain from using the Broward County Network.

  1. Security and Privacy. The network access you are using is not private or secure. Any person within range of a wireless access point can intercept data in transit over the wireless network. From time to time you may decide to access third-party Internet sites or order products or services from third parties when you access the Internet. Broward County strongly recommends that you do not use this network for the transfer of sensitive data, such as credit card data or bank account data, even while using encryption. If you nonetheless choose to transfer such data while using the Broward County Network, Broward County recommends that you use only secure Internet sites when sending your credit card and any other information about yourself to others on the Internet. You agree that you are solely responsible for the security of your sensitive data, including credit card and similar information, from misuse including such as unwanted charges or other unauthorized use. You agree to hold Broward County, its agents and contractors harmless in the event that your credit cards, bank account numbers, social security number, account information, your identity, or any of your personal information is compromised or utilized by a third party.

Broward County reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor compliance with and investigate violations of these Terms and Conditions of Use, including but not limited to monitoring bandwidth usage and publicly posted content, performing audits of the Broward County Network, including scanning equipment connected to the Broward County Network for security issues, and examining material on Broward County Network servers and the Broward County Network.

  1. Suspension; Termination. Additionally, Broward County reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Broward County Network in order to prevent or minimize harm to the Broward County Network, or prevent or minimize disruption of the performance of the Broward County Network.

Use of the Broward County Network constitutes a representation of the required age or consent, and agreement that Broward County may rely on that representation. However, Broward County wishes to express additional cautions in connection with any use of this Broward County Network that you allow to be made available to minors. You agree that you are responsible for such use, and Broward County strongly recommends that any use of the Broward County Network by a minor be conducted only under the supervision of a responsible adult. Certain material available on the Internet may not be appropriate for minors. To prevent or limit children's access to such materials, a number of parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially available for your use. Broward County is not responsible for the content of or exposure to the information and material available through the Internet. Broward County makes no representations or warranties and gives no guarantees as to the quality, suitability, truth, accuracy or completeness of any information or materials contained on the Internet. Any questions regarding any such information or materials should be directed to the providers of such information or materials.

The Broward County Network does not allow the setup, configuration and equipment maintenance of devices, including multifunction devices, that may contain a switch, router, firewall, etc. that connect multiple computers. You agree that you shall not operate a server of any type that provides services to other users or for your own use over the Broward County Network. You understand and agree that Broward County has the right to monitor the Broward County Network and, to the extent necessary, your computer system to ensure that you are not providing any such services via your connection.
